We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Catering Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our catering vehicles, setting up and breaking down event sites, and assisting with food preparation and service. As a Catering Team Member, you will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless execution of events and provide outstanding customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Drive our catering vehicles from our kitchen to event sites and back
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Assist with food preparation and service, including loading and unloading equipment, and preparing food
- Set up and break down event sites, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
- Maintain cleanliness of catering vehicles and equipment
- Work together with other team members to ensure excellent customer service, including communicating effectively with clients and guests
- Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
- Monitoring food quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
- Training and developing team members to maximize their potential and performance
- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with labor management to ensure proper staffing levels and labor cost controls
- Fosters a culture of caring
- Upholding Chick-fil-A’s values and culture by leading by example and demonstrating integrity, respect, and excellence in all aspects of the job
Qualifications:
- Driver's license and clean driving record
-Must have car insurance
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
This position is subject to a background check in order to verify driving record.
