Job Title:
Restaurant Maintenance Technician – Full Time
Locations: Chick-fil-A, Hiram-GA & Chick-fil-A, Dallas-GA
Job Summary:
Chick-fil-A is seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support our restaurant operations. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining and repairing key equipment, including Commercial HVAC, Hot-Side Cooking Equipment, and Commercial Refrigeration, as well as Facility General Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, hot-side cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens), and refrigeration units (walk-ins, reach-ins, etc.)
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Quickly respond to service requests or urgent maintenance issues
- Document work performed and communicate equipment needs to leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- EPA 608 Certification is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, climb ladders
- Flexible schedule, with availability for occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for emergency situations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
