Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly operational duties
- Oversee restaurant operations including product production and inventory management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain positive employee relations
- Manage personnel, marketing efforts, and financial performance
- Follow operational guidelines set by Little Caesars Corporate
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of management experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR)
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
