Construction Project Manager Assistant to support our busy reconstruction division.
Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager Assistant (PMA) plays a critical role in supporting the
Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing residential and commercial
construction projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and
detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate
about helping people rebuild after a disaster.
Assist the Construction Manager in daily operations with the following responsibilities:
● Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
● Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters regarding
project status and updates
● Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and
within-budget delivery
● Assist in compiling documentation for insurance claims and compliance
● Maintain accurate job files, documentation, and digital records in our company
systems (e.g., Xactimate, DASH, etc.)
● Conduct site visits and take progress photos as needed
● Order materials, confirm deliveries, and resolve vendor or site issues
● Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and running efficiently
● Support quality control inspections and punch list management
