What it Takes to be a Part of the Team

- Maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area.
- Take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales.
- Create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care.
- Maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines.
- Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences.
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
- Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards.
We offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment. Bartender positions typically start as part-time, with the potential to move into full-time roles. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits.
Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front-of-house (FOH) restaurant role is highly desirable.
