Now Hiring: General Manager
As a General Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. You will lead operations, develop your team, drive profitability, and ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company standards
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, motivating, and team-oriented work environment
- Maintain a strong presence in the restaurant, engaging with guests and staff
- Manage financial performance including sales, labor, and inventory control
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support local store marketing and community engagement efforts
- Ensure adherence to company policies and food safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of General Management experience preferred
- Previous restaurant management experience required (fast-casual or pizza experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Experience managing budgets, labor, and inventory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve effectively
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed
- ServSafe Certification
