As a Server, you are responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. You will take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure
each guest feels valued from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Follow company standards for quality, safety, and hospitality
- Communicate guest feedback or concerns to management promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
