- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Train, coach, and motivate crew members to uphold company standards
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through quality service
- Monitor food preparation and maintain health and safety compliance
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support inventory control, ordering, and managing food and labor costs

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous supervisory experience in restaurant or retail preferred
