Key Responsibilities
- Deliver WOW-level customer service with enthusiasm and care
- Assist customers with payments both in-person and over the phone
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Meet with potential clients to assess and educate on insurance products
- Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and generate leads to build lasting client relationships

Requirements
- High school diploma required; A.A. degree a plus
- Authorized to work in the US
- Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates highly encouraged to apply
- Reliable transportation required
- Availability Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM
