Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate individual tax returns using user-friendly software
Identify and explain applicable tax credits and deductions to clients
Provide excellent customer service with clear and friendly communication
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience preparing tax returns is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy
