We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee to oversee twelve insurance office locations across the Merced/Stanislaus County region from Merced to Modesto.

Position Overview:
As a Regional Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple branches in the Merced/Stanislaus County area, ensuring each office meets performance goals, delivers excellent customer service, and operates efficiently in line with company standards. This role is ideal for someone who excels in leadership, team development, and strategic execution. Your leadership will be crucial in driving team performance, optimizing customer satisfaction, and expanding our market presence.
Compensation:
$65k-75k Base Salary (DOE) + uncapped bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across multiple office locations within assigned region
- Continuous leadership and team development, including providing ongoing coaching, delivering constructive feedback, and training Office Supervisors and team members across assigned regional locations.
- Drive sales performance through effective leadership and strategic planning to Exceed Monthly Performance Goals by having all assigned offices in meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure all locations maintain professional, organized, and compliant work environments up to Gaytan & Pineda Standards
- Resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular site visits and weekly team member check-ins to ensure operational and performance consistency
- Educate customers on insurance coverage and make recommendations while processing payments, renewals, and any policy changes.
- Assist in local marketing and community outreach efforts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
- 3+ years of management experience, (insurance, financial services, or retail operations.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to hit performance goals and motivate teams across multiple locations.
- Working knowledge of sales operations, compliance, and customer service best practices.
- Active California Department of Insurance license (Property & Casualty preferred, Personal Lines acceptable)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations regularly

- Experience in insurance sales, tax services, or related industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
