You will oversee tax office operations across the CA069 - Wasco County region, lead motivated teams, and help deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of multiple tax office locations within the CA069 - Wasco County region
Provide continuous leadership, coaching, and training to our Tax Preparers
Drive sales performance to exceed weekly and monthly tax preparation goals
Maintain professional, compliant, and organized work environments
Resolve complex customer and employee issues promptly and professionally
Conduct regular site visits and team check-ins to ensure consistency
Support local marketing and community outreach activities
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
2+ years experience in Tax Preparation or Accounting
Previous Management experience is preferred
Proven track record of meeting performance goals and motivating multi-location teams
Active CTEC & PTIN
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly between locations when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Tax Preparation and Sales or related fields
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
