Back of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and serve food safely, quickly, and according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Learn and work at all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep.
- Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and orderly.
- Stay informed about new menu items and product updates.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and report any problems to Leadership.
- Complete required training and stay updated on procedures.
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties.
- Follow Chick-fil-A policies and dress code.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
