Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency water damage restoration calls promptly
- Assess and mitigate water damage in residential and commercial properties
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes
- Collaborate effectively with team members and customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in water damage restoration is required
- Willingness to become certified in IICRC WTR at first opportunity
- Ability to work weekends, 12-hour shifts, and on-call as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
