Job Title: Store Manager

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee all daily operations of our retail store. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage people, products, and processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize sales performance, and maintain operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Sales Performance
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate financial, statistical, and stock records
- Oversee stock management, pricing, replenishment, and inventory control
- Ensure all store activities comply with health, safety, and operational standards
Customer Service & Brand Representation
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive shopping experience
- Address and resolve customer complaints, queries, and feedback professionally
- Build customer trust and promote brand loyalty through service excellence
Staff Management & Development
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Motivate and engage staff to meet individual and team sales goals
- Develop career growth opportunities and advancement paths for team members
- Administer staff schedules, attendance, and shift planning
Visual Merchandising & Promotions
- Coordinate in-store promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising displays
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with corporate and regional teams on promotions and sales initiatives

Educational & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in retail store management or a supervisory role
- Experience in budget management, merchandising, and team development
