Screen Repair Tech Apprentice

We are seeking outgoing and helpful team members to welcome and assist customers. Home Pro’s Ace Hardware, your local hardware store, is looking for a Screen Repair Tech to join our team. At Ace, we offer a flexible schedule and the chance to learn new repair techniques while providing excellent customer service. Previous screen and glass repair and/or replacement experience is preferred, but not a requirement as we will train the right person. We are locally owned and operated. What to expect:

• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Position is Part-time with possible Full-time work depending on business needs
• You will be assisting and training with the current Screen Repair Tech

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the business)

• Measure, Cut, Repair, Replace screens and/or glass for windows and doors
• Provide friendly, efficient and timely customer service
• Assist customers with their repair needs and cost estimates
• Order and manage screen and glass repair supplies
• Follow Safety Measures and Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Must be able to read and interpret safety and procedure manuals and instructions
