Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire crew members to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high operational standards.
- Serve guests by taking orders, handling payments, and preparing drinks and desserts with a respectful and immediate response.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and parking lot.
- Maintain adequate stock levels of all inventory
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to foster a positive and accountable work environment.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and white glove cleanliness standards.
- Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder, managing the shift effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hard-working, friendly, honest, and team-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and a current driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and Saturdays.
- Preferred: Minimum one year of restaurant management or leadership experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
