Key Responsibilities
- Deliver operational excellence to ensure delicious and fun customer experiences.
- Create a culture where team members feel valued through coaching and encouragement.
- Manage and inspire your team, holding them accountable to high standards.
- Increase profitability by reducing costs and improving productivity.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment focused on food and team safety.
- Support other leaders through collaboration and goal setting.
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead the Front of House (FOH) team and develop operational standards.
- Coach and mentor team members and shift leaders through Chick-fil-A’s RISE and Pathway programs.
- Conduct evaluations and provide daily feedback to empower your team.
- Oversee team member recognition and contests to boost morale.
Operational Excellence and Compliance
- Ensure all food safety, labeling, portion control, and FIFO standards are met.
- Handle customer issues positively and maintain top-level food presentation.
- Follow all labor laws, health codes, and company policies.
- Monitor food, labor, and paper costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement and refine systems for cost savings and team productivity.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time role with 40+ hours per week including opening, closing, and mid-shifts.
- Schedule includes 10-hour shifts, weekend availability, and 8-hour shifts.
