Key Responsibilities
- Coach and motivate crew members to deliver a delicious and friendly guest experience

- Support training efforts and foster a positive, enthusiastic workplace culture
Operational Excellence
- Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
- Ensure all Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed accurately
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using Dunkin's recommended recovery process
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in English with strong math and writing skills
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable); High School diploma or equivalent preferred
