Dining Room Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile
Create and Maintain eye contact
Speak enthusiastically
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Be personable and committed to hospitality
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining room
Have an innate desire to serve the guest and attend to their needs

Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Have the ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs on a regular basis
