What this role actually looks like:
- You’ll lead ~2 shifts per week
- The rest of the week, you’ll support and learn from other Team Leads and Directors
- You’ll help create an environment where guests feel genuinely cared for
- You’ll learn how to coach others, solve problems, and run a shift with confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18+ and able to work 6 AM – 2 PM OR 2 PM – 11 PM, including Saturdays
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communicator who can motivate and develop others
- High energy, problem solver, moves with urgency
- Confident and resourceful, with strong organizational skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and building a winning team culture
