At Chick-fil-A - Lewis Center, the Operations Director is a leader in the restaurant dedicated to executing strategies and putting ideas into action across five critical success factors: (1) Leadership (2) Quality 3) Guest Experience (4) Sales and Brand Growth (5) Financial Return, that drive the store towards our vision. This leader should focus on continuous improvement in a LEAN environment and on the development of people, processes, and procedures while contributing to effective communication. The Operations Director will spend at least 40 hours per week in an operations capacity in the restaurant overseeing both the front and back of the house. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute all front-of-house and back-of-house operations regarding hospitality and the guest experience.
- Utilize and create systems that focus on training and development, financial stewardship, and operational excellence.
- Lead and develop mid-level leaders to accomplish the restaurant’s vision.
- Strategically create weekly schedules to maximize the guest experience and ensure profitability.
- Review data to determine how the restaurant can improve the customer experience, drive sales, and increase profitability.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The starting pay rate of $23+/hour.
- Expected to work 40 hours per week with voluntary overtime (up to 10 hours) permitted weekly.

Requirements:
- Must be available to work Monday - Saturday, with one weekday off.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 2 - 3 nights/week until 8 PM.
- Passion for leading and developing those around you.
- 3 years or more of leadership and management experience is required.
- Previous restaurant experience is required.
- A college degree is preferred, but not required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
