Shift Leaders earn up to $16/$17 per hour after training with tip sharing and may transfer to stores in Symmes, Blue Ash, Mason, and Milford.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and train Associates to uphold Donatos’ high-quality standards
Ensure smooth opening and closing operations of the restaurant
Engage enthusiastically with customers and promptly resolve concerns
Manage food, labor, and operational costs effectively
Model and enforce performance and safety standards for the team
Maintain reliable transportation to locations in NE Cincinnati between Kenwood and Kings Island, or Milford between Montgomery and Eastgate. We are not on a scheduled everyday bus line.
Must be at least 18.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as a Shift Lead or Manager in a restaurant
Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
Availability for various shifts including weekends, holidays, days, nights, and overtime
High school graduation or equivalent
Reliable transportation every shift
