Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for driving lead generation, growing revenue, and building brand awareness. You’ll develop and execute sales strategies, manage marketing campaigns, nurture referral and insurance-industry relationships, and support project handoffs. This role blends field sales, relationship management, and tactical marketing.


Essential Duties

Overview:

• Generate leads through digital marketing, local networking, partnerships with insurance agents/adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals and commercial clients.

• Manage marketing, local search, social media, email campaigns, community outreach, etc.

• Implements and analyzes responses to marketing plans for potential business opportunities.

• Attends industry trade shows, golf outings, industry events and local sponsorships.

• Assists with promotion and setups for training sessions and continuing education classes.

• Coordinates with operations team to ensure excellent customer experience.

• Makes formal sales presentations to insurance and commercial targets.

• Sells commercial fire and water jobs along with local area manager.


Responsibilities:

• Track and manage key accounts and referral partners (Luxor CRM)

• Actively participates in local Chamber of Commerce, networking groups and nonprofit organizations.

• Build and maintain referral pipelines with insurance adjusters, brokers, property managers, HOA leads and contractors.

• Strong internal collaboration with Operations team.

• Grows the business through maintaining current business relationships and initiating new relationships.

• Minimum of quarterly marketing route – visits to all agents/clients.

• Actively participates in weekly Marketing meeting with Sales Management team and provides insight to previous week and upcoming weekly schedule.



Excellent Customer Service

• Meets and exceeds customer expectations and meets required deadlines.

• Answers customer questions and addresses concerns.

• Escalates unresolved customer issues/problems to Management for resolution.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 2+ years combined sales and marketing experience; B2B sales experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of fire/water restoration, mold remediation, disaster restoration.

• Proven track record of lead generation and meeting revenue targets.

• Strong communication skills and must be comfortable conducting on site visits and client presentations.

• Familiar with CRM systems and marketing tools.

• Sense of urgency and customer service orientation. Must be able to work in fast paced, emergency response environments.

• Commitment to personal and professional development.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Company vehicle to local clients.

• Sit, stand, work on a computer, and talk on the phone for approximately 8 hours/day.

• Lift up to 50lbs occasionally.
