Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in locating and purchasing small engine parts using Parts Smart software.
- Order and manage parts inventory with approval from the Parts Manager.
- Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
- Document service and repair details accurately in the work order system.
- Lead by example and support team members with company policies and procedures.
- Keep your work area clean and safe.
- Follow all safety policies and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- 1-3 years of over-the-counter sales experience preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of small engines or mechanical repair is a plus +++.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently or as a team.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
