We're looking for our next great Cashiers/Front of House Team Members!
As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant (Stewardship, Hustle, & Excellence)
- Multi-task quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon start date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- Must be able to to work on their feet, and in outdoor conditions for several hours at a time
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Have the ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs on a regular basis
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be available on a variety of weekdays, and on both Friday and Saturday.
