About the Role

Born & Bread Bakehouse is seeking an experienced Guest Service Lead to oversee our front-of-house team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in high standards of service, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and community.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach the guest service team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Set the tone for a welcoming, well-run guest experience during every shift
• Train and onboard new team members, reinforcing service standards and bakery procedures
• Support day-to-day operations, stepping in to resolve guest concerns and keep service flowing smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in guest service, retail, or hospitality leadership preferred; no formal education required
• Ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and communicate clearly under pressure
• Availability for full-time, on-site work, including 10-hour shifts and weekends
• A genuine commitment to quality and guest satisfaction
