Trainer Responsibilities:
- Trainers are subject matter experts and are responsible for holding the entire team to the standards, retraining, and coaching.
- Trainers execute our training program for our new Team Members while helping them acclimate to a new work environment.
- Trainers execute ongoing training initiatives with our existing team members.
- Trainers seek to improve and refine our training program to ensure excellence in Team Member Training.
