We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations, ensuring exceptional service and a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Supervise daily dining room operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards.
- Engage with guests to create a personal connection & resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in regular safetychecks throughout the day to ensure we are operating in a safe environment.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.
- Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the dining industry is preferred.
- Be on top of cleanliness within our dining area, playroom, & restrooms.
- Previous experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly desirable.
