Team Member responsibilities:
● Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests and interact with coworkers: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, always say my pleasure!
● Operating in different positions whether its the POS at the front counter, performing cashier duties in the front or in the drive-thru, making sandwiches, scooping fries, or learning other stations of the restaurant
● Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
● Delivering orders to customers in the dining room and drive-thru
● Checking for product quality and consistency
● Assist Shift Leaders and other Team Members in executing opening or closing procedures
● Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
● Complete all tasks as assigned
● Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
● Prepare cold individual and catering menu items
● Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
● Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues
● Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
Requirements:
● Must be 14 or older to apply
● Must be comfortable using a cash register
● Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
● Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast food environment
Work schedule
- 8 hour shift
