We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Utility Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This position is essential for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency within our operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining our dish area. (washing, sanitizing, & putting dishes away)
- Perform routine zone cleanings and maintenance of work areas, equipment, and tools.
- Taking out trash.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly.
- Routine safety checks of temperatures, systems, & processes.
- Able to help in kitchen support positions if needed. (wrapping cookies, brownies, making mac & cheese, etc.)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a utility or maintenance role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Moves at a fast pace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices related to utility work is desirable.
