Job Summary:
Chick-fil-A seeks a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, helping ensure a clean, safe, and fully operational environment for our guests and team members. No prior maintenance management experience required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform routine cleaning and light maintenance of equipment.
- Learn and perform basic kitchen equipment, lighting, and plumbing repairs.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the leadership team.
- Support team members by setting up equipment and helping with daily operations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed to assist with repairs and inspections.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures as trained.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or evenings if needed.
