Fast Track to Team Leader- Chick-fil-A Harrison Square (Experience Required)

This role starts at $16.00/hour with the opportunity to increase to $17.00/hour after 60 days. Please read the explanation of this process at the bottom of the job description.

JOB OVERVIEW


At Chick-fil-A Harrison Square, a Team Leader is more than a shift leader — they are a culture carrier, a people developer, and a standard-setter. Team Leaders inspire others through servant leadership, personal excellence, and genuine care for people.

Team Leaders partner with senior leadership to execute exceptional operations, develop team members, and create remarkable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is required.

LEAD WITH PURPOSE

  • Set the tone for each shift through attitude, clarity, and example

  • Lead shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ensure consistent execution of hospitality, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy
  • Open and close the restaurant, including key-holder responsibilities and cash management
  • Outstanding communication, both written and spoken.

POSITION DETAILS:

  • Part time hours- up to 30 hours a week. Must be able to work a shift on Friday and Saturday each week.
  • Full time hours- 40+ hours a week. Must be able to work a shift on Friday and Saturday each week.

Weekly schedule includes:

  • 2 morning shifts (6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
  • 2 evening shifts (2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.)

60 DAY LEADERSHIP REVIEW

In alignment with our commitment to clarity, excellence, and intentional development, candidates on the leadership pathway will participate in a formal 60-day leadership review.


At the 60-day mark, leadership will evaluate readiness and impact across the following dimensions:

This review is designed to provide meaningful feedback, recognize strengths, and clarify next steps for growth.


Should expectations not yet be fully met, a structured development plan will be established. Continued employment and advancement within the leadership pathway—including promotion to Team Leader and the associated pay increase to $17/hour—will be based on demonstrated progress, leadership readiness, and alignment with our values and culture.
