Same description as a Crew Member but will receive higher wage rate due to the added responsibilities of cleaning and closing the restaurant down after service to the customers has stopped. Typically can run about 30-45 mins after closing time.

-Shift will begin no later than 5pm

-Must be available to work on Thursdays and/or Sundays

-Must be 16 years of age and have reliable transportation to and from the restaurant
