Up to $22/hour (depending on availability, shift, and experience)

I. Executive Summary

            The AM Hospitality Manager at Chick-fil-A Bastrop is ultimately responsible for all Hospitality shift operations from 6:00AM – 2:30PM. The Hospitality Manager will support Hospitality Team Leaders and Hospitality Team Members daily. They will focus on coaching people and implementing systems for increased performance.  They will have ultimate authority during shift and will be responsible for all AM Hospitality operations and results. 

II. Role & Responsibilities

·      Oversee Daily Hospitality Operations, opening procedures, and transition to evening shift

·      Partner with Director of Training to oversee training plan for new and ongoing training

·      Support food safety & food quality 

·      Uphold highest cleanliness standard 

·      Oversee Speed of Service during Shift

·      Coach, develop and hold accountable Team Members and Team Leaders 

·      Oversee Cash accountability 

III. Key Measurables

·      Food Safety Score = <3; No SAFE High-Risk Findings

·      CEM Scores at or above current goals (OSAT > 80%)

·      IPO < 1%; Net Profit > 14%

·      Drive Thru Departure rate <23 seconds; Speed of Service < 3 minutes

·      Labor % < 21%

·      Cash over/short < $80/month

IV. Schedule Details

You will be expected to manage your time/presence during the shift to plug in and work vs. float. Must be available between 5:30AM – 3:00PM

V. Direct Reports

You will report directly to the Operator and/or Executive team. You will directly oversee all AM Team members and partner with Directors to coach and develop Team Leaders.
