Wage: $21.00 - $23.00 (per hour)

Schedule: Flexible, open availability needed


The Kitchen Training Director of Chick-fil-A Bastrop is a high-level leadership position serving to oversee and execute our Kitchen Training program for new and retained Team Members. You will work in partnership with the AM and PM operational kitchen directors to support daily operations while guarding the quality and safety of our culinary operation.

The schedule of the Kitchen Training Director is mostly 10:00am - 6:00pm, but must be willing to work morning or evening shifts when new hires are needing to be trained in these shifts.
