The leadership position requires you to be in charge of training all new employees, following the processes and procedures set in place by kitchen manager. Following and instilling food safety rules and regulations. Preferred open availability, weekends and game days a must. We need a friendly attitude, high energy, and someone who can lead a small team in a positive way. This position requires you to work with the general public most of your shift. Someone who loves talking with and serving customers will be a perfect fit. 1-2 years leadership experience with a small team in the same environment is preferred.
