Redstone Market & Butcher is looking for an experienced creative person to assist in daily operations of the kitchen and hot bar area which includes but not limited to:
-Full Time, open availability, includes AM, Mid, PM, Weekends & game days a must
-Hours range from 4am-8:30pm
-Smoker and BBQ experience
-Prep
-Cooking & following recipes
-Creating recipes
-Quality control
-Catering experience a plus
-Staff management
-Customer service experience
-Ordering/inventory experience
-Food cost management
