This position requires:
*Be on time and prepared to work your shift
*Weekends a must
*UGA home games a must
*this roll will require you to be out front at our newly developed meat carving station. You will be required to interact with customers most of your shift
-you will be carving sandwiches to order and taking orders for other menu items we offer
-you will be required to sample product
-the ability to learn product knowledge and relay it accurately to the customer
-We focus on featuring high quality items direct from our Butcher
-Great customers service skills a must. We are looking for an energetic, friendly up beat personality
*this position will also require you to do some prep work in the BOH
*willingness to learn any aspect of the kitchen. We work as a team!
*relaying par levels to the kitchen to keep food fresh and stocked according to the flow of business
*some kitchen experience preferred but will train the right person
*we need to fill a couple of shifts: AM 5am-1pm PM 1-2pm-8:30 PM closing time depends on cleaning etc...Could run shorter or longer.
*We may need a mid on weekends only 10am/12pm-6pm (this shift is primarily during football season and busier times)
