Our lead cook is looking for an assistant to help train, supervise, and manage our kitchen. We are looking for someone with experience, but is also trainable to our procedures. We are specifically looking for someone with culinary knowledge. From farm to store, we bring locally sourced meats and unique groceries back to the neighborhood. Responsibilities:
- Prepare food following recipes with safe cutting and cooking methods
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety by sanitizing equipment and surfaces
- Manage proper food storage and rotation methods
