ServiceMaster Restore - Lead Technician
Job Responsibilities
- Retrieve work orders and ensure all necessary equipment is loaded
- Complete assigned jobs according to company processes and standards
- Monitor and perform required activities on all active jobs
- Interface with adjusters to resolve issues and answer questions
- Inspect jobs after completion and obtain customer approvals
- Perform water/mold/bio (trauma) remediation according to company procedures
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in disaster restoration or the construction industry
- Proficient in using mobile software for data entry
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize activities
- Exposure to various working conditions
