Job Description:
A supervisor is responsible for all operational activities associated with the front of the restaurant including leading shifts, catering, drive-thru operations, cleanliness, hospitality, and team member development. The supervisor is prepared to execute daily operations with a high degree of excellence, across the above mentioned of operational activities. You will be assigned 1 or more areas of focus. This role sets the standard for “Operational Excellence” and leads by example while mentoring and developing the junior leaders and team members.
Responsibilities Include:
- Setting daily, weekly, and monthly objective aligned with restaurant objectives
- Development of Shift Leaders, Team Leaders and Team Member behaviors
- Performance evaluations and development plans
- Builds and develops a consistent sense of urgency that creates a surprisingly fast service
- Build and executes systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
- Cash management operations
- Team member and leadership corrective action and accountability
- Responsible for Opening and Closing of Restaurant
- Lead shift of 30-50+ Team Members at a time
- Ownership of 1 or 2 specific area of the restaurant growth
- Able to fulfill operational needs in the restaurant at a high level

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Restaurant Leadership Role or Equivalent (preferably Chick-fil-A)
- Available to work 2 evenings per week and 3 Saturdays a month, 40-50 hours a week.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in operations within customer service industry
