The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Kitchen/ Back of House operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. Responsibilities
- Learn and work daily in the Kitchen area of the restaurant
- Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
- Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department
- Help establish and achieve all labor goals
- Help establish and achieve all food cost goals
- Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department
- Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Management or related discipline preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in restaurant management.
