JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for reliable and energetic Food Truck Crew Members to support our mobile food service operation. This position is part of a collaboration between Haidilao USA and a special food truck project. Team members will help prepare and serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and unload food, supplies, and equipment for daily operations.
- Prepare food according to company standards.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and work area.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one as required by state or local regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
