Community Relations & Outside Sales Manager

We are looking for a Community Relations & Outside Sales Manager who doesn't just "do marketing," but drives growth through relationships, community engagement, partnerships, and strategic execution.
This role is for someone who can take ownership of our presence in the community — building partnerships, leading events, creating meaningful connections, and mobilizing teams to execute at a high level. Social media, flyers, and promotional content are tools used to support growth, not the primary focus of the role.
This is not a desk-based marketing position. The ideal candidate enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, creating partnerships, leading events, working in operations, and representing the Chick-fil-A brand with professionalism and excellence.
What You'll Own
Community Relationships & Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow brand awareness and sales through community engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, universities, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships, events, catering growth, and community involvement.
- Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A Moscow within the community.
- Network and build relationships that strengthen our brand and create long-term growth opportunities.
- Follow up with community partners and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
Event Leadership & Execution
- Plan and execute on-site and off-site events, including community events, fundraisers, school partnerships, game days, family events, and in-store experiences.
- Lead event teams through planning, preparation, setup, execution, and follow-up.
- Take ownership of event success, including guest experience, operational execution, attendance, and sales outcomes.
- Develop creative event ideas that drive community engagement and restaurant traffic.
- Coordinate promotional materials, flyers, signage, and event communications.
Operations Leadership
- Work alongside restaurant leaders to ensure operational readiness for events and community initiatives.
- Step into operations to support and lead teams during events, peak business periods, and special promotions.
- Ensure all brand experiences reflect Chick-fil-A's standards for hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence.
- Maintain a strong understanding of restaurant operations to effectively support growth initiatives.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create and execute marketing initiatives that support events, partnerships, and business growth.
- Develop flyers, promotional materials, social media content, and videos that support community engagement efforts.
- Manage social media and digital platforms as a supporting channel to drive real-world engagement.
- Track the performance of events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase traffic, catering sales, and community visibility.
Culture & Team Engagement
- Help create a culture where team members feel connected to the mission and excited about the brand.
- Plan internal events, celebrations, and recognition opportunities.
- Inspire and lead others by modeling energy, professionalism, ownership, and service.

- Willing to step in and serve wherever needed, including restaurant operations and weekend events.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays.
