We are seeking an experienced manager who is passionate about developing people, leading high-performing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
At Chick-fil-A Moscow, this role is responsible for both leading a team of 50+ team members and actively operating the business day-to-day. You will be expected to develop future leaders while also executing at a high level within the operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role—you will not only coach and develop the team, but also work alongside them in both Front and Back of House to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members
- Directly oversee and influence a team of 50+ employees
- Drive performance through accountability, coaching, and feedback
- Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
- Support onboarding, training systems, and performance management
Operations Execution & Oversight
- Lead/Oversee daily operations in both Front and Back of House
- Work hands-on in the operation while coaching in real time
- Ensure strong execution in food safety, quality, and guest experience
- Oversee high-volume Drive-Thru performance and shift execution
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions quickly
Culture & Standards
- Build a high-performance, team-first culture
- Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable
- Ensure consistency in systems, standards, and execution
What to Expect
- This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- You will be actively working in the kitchen and operations daily
- Majority of time spent on the floor leading and developing the team
- High level of ownership, accountability, and influence
Qualifications
- Proven management experience required
- Experience leading large teams (30–50+ employees strongly preferred)
- Strong background in coaching, performance management, and team development
- Ability to lead in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
