As a Front of House Team Leader, you help establish the culture, standards, and reputation of Chick-fil-A Moscow from the very beginning. Your leadership directly impacts our guests, our team, and our community—and sets the foundation for long-term success.
Most Chick-fil-A® restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own policies and practices.
