Slate North at the Wilds Golf Club is looking for a leader to assist the Food & Beverage Manager in creating a fun environment where team members are motivated to work, have clear expectations, and a laser focus on overall guest satisfaction. Required Talents:
General knowledge in restaurant operations/hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Strong organizational skills to help plan and facilitate functions/events.
Must be effective at giving feedback to team members and creating results through holding others accountable.
Responsible for controlling Labor costs and COGS. Manage inventory levels monthly.
Understand the guest's needs and exceed their expectations.
Maintain the restaurant in accordance with company and state health/sanitation standards.
Manage and develop a team to include scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to manage changing priorities
Preferred Experience:
Serve Safe or equivalent certification preferred
3 years of restaurant experience, 2 of those being in a Management position preferred
Golf Course restaurant experience preferred, not needed.
Scheduling:
Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
2 days off per week.
40-50 hour work weeks.
