Requirements
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Minimum 1 year of busser or support experience in a fast-paced, high-volume or upscale environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and move with urgency
- Team-first mindset and strong work ethic
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly and properly
- Clear used dishes, glassware, and silverware and take them to the dish pit
- Wash and restock glassware as needed
- Refill bar ice, fruit, and water stations when low
- Spot sweep and maintain clean floors throughout service
- Assist with keeping service stations, dining areas, and bar areas clean and sanitized
- Support servers and bartenders as needed to keep service flowing smoothly
Qualifications
- Restaurant support experience preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit
