Position Summary: Provide the highest quality guest experience through friendly, knowledgeable service. Leads all aspects of front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) restaurant staff and operations and collaborates closely with other members of the leadership team regarding the entire restaurant’s activities. Responsible for stepping in to perform duties of all supervised positions when necessary. Knowledgeable in regards to truck ordering, truck inventory, and storage organization. Experience with scheduling employees and/or creating employee schedules.
Responsibilities
Team Development: Assist General Manager in overseeing hiring, training, coaching of the entire team, including:
- Development of training plans and new-hire packets for all onboarding of associates
- Development and facilitation of opportunities for continuous improvement for all associates through education and training.
